With nearly 100 employees and four global sites, including UK headquarters, this opportunity will be to Work from home, Remote, London (Wokingham HQ).

Currently in growth mode, we are seeking professional B2B sales people who want to be a part of the exciting journey.
THE ROLE
This opportunity is a work from home, Remote, London (Wokingham HQ) role and hence applicants may work from home with occasional visits to the office. The Business Development Manager will work in a division of the sales team which is aligned to a product portfolio, performing a customer facing, new business, B2B sales role. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
This is an exciting time to join the business, as the successful Business Development Manager will play a significant part in the growth phase of the business and be rewarded with opportunities for progression.
Strong performance will also be well rewarded with an uncapped OTE.
·Work from home, with prospective customer visits and occasional travel to the office
·New business, full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing the deal
·Selling a suite of AI SaaS solutions
·Selling to IT and Quality decision makers at large corporates
·Average deal sizes from £20k - £100k upwards
THE IDEAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Proven new business, professional B2B salesperson
- Full sales cycle
- Software sales background
- Has demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets, working on similar average deal sizes
- Has worked in an evolving and fast growing business and team (e.g a startup)
- Has a structured methodology for selling (MEDDIC preferred but not essential)
- Committed to self improvement and a team player

Basic Salary:£35 - £45k basic
