Due to growth, Reedmace solutions are currently seeking an Executive Recruitment Researcher who can grow with the business and work part time with the opportunity to go full time in the future.

Our core markets are Executive IT and Sales. We also work in the niche of Tech Startups where we provide Founders and CEOs with consultancy on raising investment and growing their teams. Our core proposition is talent aquisition services, recruitment consultancy, sales training and recruitment knowledge transfer.
Role:
The Executive Recruitment Researcher role is Part-time, hours and days are negotiable for the right candidate. Ideally however it would be 2 - 3 days a week.
Working from home with regular meetings with the Managing Director.
Working directly with the Managing Director, the Executive Recruitment Researcher will receive training and mentoring to progress skills and enjoy attractive success-based bonuses alongside a salary.
The core role will be supporting assignments with customers by helping to find suitable candidates and lisaising with them to coordinate interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Talent mapping, market mapping, CV searching and screening
- Headhunting
- Coordinating candidate responses to adverts
- Focused marketing and advertising campaigns including social media selling
- Providing outstanding customer experience over the telephone.
- Other adminstrative duties in line with the business requirements.

Background:
- We are flexible on the background for the right person, however we would expect the ideal candidate will either have worked as an Executive Recruitment Researcher, a researcher or similar role at a professional recruitment consultancy or within a HR department.
- Alternatively they could be a recent graduate looking to fast track their career and earnings.OR an experienced recruiter who is looking to work on a flexible part time basis.

Location:
