SALES MANAGER ROLE:
- Home & field based. The office is in the West Midlands.
- B2B Sales Management - field based team
- Reporting to the Sales Director
- Hiring and growing a team of BDMs
- Winning key and strategic new business - mid market and enterprise level.
- Working alongside other sales managers and closely with Marketing
- Responding to RFP's & RFI's
- A Sales Manager / leader with a track record of success in New Business
- Previous success selling SaaS into Fintech / Financial Services / Retail / Gaming / Insurance would be advantageous
- Collaborative and innovative in approach to selling
- Strong sales methodology and ability to coach
- Inspirational leader, team player
ESTIMATED SALARY £50 - £60k BASIC & PACKAGE NEGOTIABLE PLUS EXCELLENT BONUS / COMMISSION
